In this online home study of Deep Tissue Massage in the Upper Body, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of deep tissue massage and topics such as History, Principles, Benefits, Contraindications, Body Mechanics, Illustrations of Muscles, Practice-Building Tips, and a List of Resources.
