In this online home study of Hot and Cold Stone Massage, participants will be introduced to hot stones and massage fundamentals. The course provides an overview of the benefits, history, supplies, indications, and contraindications of caring for your stones and a list of helpful resources, along with relevant information about the use of various massage modalities.
