In this online home study of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of MLD and massage. An overview of MLD is presented along with relevant information for the face and neck, charts of the lymphatic system, contraindications, benefits, reducing the effects of stress, a history, web links, references, and practice-building suggestions.
This course contains a course notebook and an online instructional video.
